4. Return power bank.

Q: Can we rent the power bank from a station and return it to another station?
A: Sure. You can return it to any station anywhere.

Q: We do not have Wechat and Alipay, how users pay?
A: We can customize Apple pay, Google pay, Credit card, PayPal, etc.

Q: What's the software application includes?
A: It include APP(IOS & Android) + Back-end management systems.

Integration & Communication:

Q: Can you provide the API?
A: Usually we will provide communication protocol to customers. After they finished the APP software, they can use our communication protocol to integrate hardware.

Language:

Q: Can we make the language in French, Italish?
A: Yes, we can send you our standard English, then you can traslate it.
